Skinny is still recovering from the Chicago Marathon so this week Houli rides solo with an able assist from producer Bill Wooten. Without Skinny to smooth out his rough edges, Houli blasts out of the gate castigating Northwestern University for refusing health benefits to a heterosexual couple while embracing the new “civil unions” for Bruce and Stevers. Then we visit with Irish boxers and trainers Irish Mickey Ward and his half brother Dicky Eklund as they talk about the Academy Award winning film based on their lives, “The Fighter”. Next up for our weekly song spotlight is none other than the lads from Limerick, The Rubberbandits, performing a cleaned up for radio version of their international hit “Horse Outside”.  Toss in a healthy dose of “Who Cares?” and “Who Died?” and you have a very spicy Irish stew of Hooliganism! Tune in and then tell Skinny to get his keester back where it belongs on the radio.
