Flood Brothers Disposal presents The Skinny and Houli show and this week we have a very special ‘Best of’ show for you, folks! In the first segment of this week’s show we take a look back at when Deputy Mayor of Cork, Joe Carroll, joined us at Lizzie’s earlier this year. Our hosts and Joe discussed many things including politics and some of the beautiful sites in County Cork. The great Corkonian, Paddy Homan, joined the guys later on and the craic between himself and Joe was mighty. They even sang ‘The banks of my own lovely Lee’ for us! In the second segment of the show this week, we look back at Peter Brady and Dennis Foley’s Christmas visit to the show. Peter chatted about his music career and his family. He also sang some great Irish and Christmas tunes for us. Dennis joined us to chat about his book ‘We speak Chicagoese’ and he even read out a short snippet from one of the stories in the book. What a treat! A great look back over some of our favorite interviews!
