Flood Brothers Disposal presents The Skinny and Houli show and we jump right into this week’s show with Skinny and Houli filling us in on the Catholic Charities Golf Outing they took part in. Our first guest this week is guitarist and singer, Liam Durkin. Liam just graduated from Brother Rice and tells us a little about how he got started in music and who his biggest Irish music influences are. We get to hear him sing three songs during his interview. What a class act! Our second guest is 2016 Chicago Rose of Tralee, Maggie McEldowney. Maggie fills us in on her upcoming trip to the Rose of Tralee competition in Ireland and her recent going away party at Reilly’s Daughter. She’s definitely a deserving winner! We get the latest in the events coming up in the area and as always we have our ‘Who Died?’ segment. Liam sings us out with a Wolfe Tones classic, ‘Come out ye Black and Tans’. It’s worth the listen, folks!
