Flood Brothers Disposal presents The Skinny & Houli Show as we preview the upcoming Irish Fest at the Irish American Heritage Center next weekend. Our guest is old friend singer-songwriter Kevin Flynn, who is scheduled to perform at Irish Fest Sat. July 9th, and he plays some great tunes as he tells stories in his distinctively Irish American voice. Then Stephen Henry from Dublin, the executive chef at the Palmer House, drops by with some great stories of coming to Chicago in 1986 to open Kitty O’Shea’s and how he met Eamonn Brady at the Kilkenny Castle back in the day. Stephen claims to cook 10,000 brownies every day at the Palmer House! Fun show and don’t forget only a few seats left for the 2016 Skinny & Houli Irish Centennial Tour, so join the fun!
