Flood Bros. Disposal presents The Skinny & Houli Show and this week for our Christmas show we celebrate the reunion of the gang who joined us in Ireland last October as we reminisce and tell some tales of our adventures in Eire. We start out with Colleen Reilly, who was making her first trip with us and then we’re joined by Mary Corrigan, and veteran SH travelers Mike Miller, Froggie McGuire, and Touchdown Tommy McDonald! Lots of laughs with this crew. Then our musical star of the trip, the lovely and talented Irish fiddler Katie Grennan, stops by to reminisce. Katie has a new CD out, The Second Story, which is a great Christmas stocking stuffer, for all of those friends you forgot to get a gift, go to http://www.katiegrennan.com/. Katie brought along her friend Erin Gentile from Trinity Dance Company, and Erin fills us in on the big tour Trinity has coming up in New York City! Then Katie and Erin coordinate a tune together with Katie fiddling and Erin doing some hard shoe, and we have “dancing on the radio”! Throw in plenty of Christmas cheer, Nat King Cole singing The Christmas Song, his daughter Natalie lived at 117th and Western according to Mike MIller, and you have the Skinny & Houli Chrismas show! Happy Christmas everybody!
