Skinny & Houli give an update on the Natasha McShane case, a salute to Harry Costello, and welcome the addition of a new “rim shot” recording to the show to accentuate the jokes. Then they welcome singer/songwriter Kevin O’Donnell to preview his new CD “Deep Is The Well”, which Kevin will launch on May 11th at Chief O’Neill’s on Elston. The album of intimate, personal stories of seven generations of the Irish-American Fagan family marks O’Donnell’s return to song after a fifteen-year hiatus.

Taking us from the sublime to the ridiculous is the interview with madcap comic Matt Kissane he of the size eight hat and his very funny stories of stand-up, including the night audience members opened fire and shot at him after a show in Lafayette, Indiana. “They wanted their money back but we wouldn’t give it to them.” Then Skinny’s long lost cousin from Tipperary, Mary Feely, drops by while visiting Chicago from Ireland. We’re back to the “sublime” just in time for “Who Died?”. Don’t miss this week’s show for romance, ribaldry, and rim shots!
