Flood Bros. Disposal presents The Skinny & Houli Show and this week the lads welcome back Father Pat McDevitt to the show. Father Pat is a professor at DePaul University and Past President of All Hallows College in Dublin, Ireland. Some fun stories of the old neighborhood around DePaul. Father Pat’s tells us his grandmother Grace McDevitt ran a boarding house for men in the old hood in the 1960’s and 70’s. Today he’s promoting a visit to Chicago by Irish singer/songwriter Liam Lawton with a free concert at St. Vincent’s Church on DePaul’ Lincoln Park campus on Saturday, April 29th at 7 PM featuring young piper Amy Campbell, an alumnus of Child Vision, a school dedicated to blind children in Dublin. All are invited and a free will offering will go to help the kids at Child Vision.  Father Pat is hoping to establish a relationship with Child Vision here in Chicago for many years to come. Lots of obits today, listen to The High Kings perform “Peggy Gordon” and a big shout out to Brian Coleman in Fort Myers Beach, Florida! Great show, tune in and dig it!
