Houli’s Podcast: November 12, 2016

McCann’s Irish Oatmeal presents The Houli’s Hooley and our trio is reunited again! Bill was working last week for The Cubs’ final game and he fills us in on some of the shenanigans that went on. Our guest on this week’s show is our good friend and owner of Big Guy’s Sausage, Brendan O’Connor. Brendan tells us about the Thanksgiving deals he has, his connection with the infamous chef Bobby Flay and he gives us a brief history of Big Guy’s. In politics, the guys address the fact that Trump won the election and will be the new President. They take a look at his acceptance speech and the protests surrounding the election result. In sports, our hosts discuss Conor McGregor’s upcoming fight and Ireland’s victory over the All Blacks. This week’s million dollar idea is a new all female heavy metal band named ‘Russian Zebra’. With managers like these three, they’re bound to be a success! Some other topics of discussion include Yakov Smirnoff, Primestar Peggy the LA Casting Director and Bill’s run in with a target store clerk over alcohol deals. We have music by JD McPherson and Pink Floyd to play us out. Another hilarious show this week with Bill back as the referee between our hosts. Not to be missed!
